Elite Care at Home is proud to have earned a 5 star rating from Home Health Star Ratings for two years in a row.

CMS established the Home Health Compare (HHC) website on Medicare.gov as a key tool for consumers to use when choosing a home health care provider. It is designed to be an easy-to-access, convenient source of authoritative information on provider quality. CMS has begun adding new tools to HHC in order to make the information there easier to use – “star ratings” that will summarize some of the current measures of health care provider performance that the site already offers. The star ratings are an additional tool to support consumers’ health care decision-making.

Elite Care at Home is proud to have been recognized by Home Care Elite in 2015. Our home care services were rated in the top 25% across the country by OCS Home Care and Decision Health.

Home Care Elite honors the top-performing agencies as measured by five categories: quality of care (outcomes), best practice (process measure) implementation, quality improvement and consistency, patient experience (HHCAHPS) and financial performance.

The 2015 HomeCare Elite was compiled using publicly available data from Home Health Compare and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Cost Reports. The HomeCare Elite also recognizes the Top 100 and Top 500 providers nationwide. Out of 9,718 agencies considered, 2,431 are HomeCare Elite. This year marks the tenth anniversary of the HomeCare Elite. Over the course of this program, only 131 agencies achieved HomeCare Elite recognition 10 years running. And, out of this year’s class of 2,431 home health agencies, only 1,526 repeated recognition from 2014 to 2015

Home Health Care is the only way to go. You are at home in a relaxed environment. Seemed to heal faster. At first was in Nursing Home, would never want to do that again. Elite Care is the best!
