Skilled nursing services and home health care can be provided up to seven days a week and up to eight hours per day depending on your needs and conditions. Services such as injections, tube feedings, catheter changes, observation and assessment of conditions and management or evaluation of patient care are examples of skilled nursing that is often covered in full by Medicare or Medicaid.
