Sarah D. Andrews – Owner, MSN, RN

Sarah has over 14 years of experience in nursing and public health. She graduated with a Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2007. Advancing quickly through her field, she became the director of the Gunnison Valley Health Home Medical Services and later served as the Clinical Director at Home Care of the Grand Valley. Sarah is a top performer in her career and has been published in Caring Magazine and the National Home Association for Home Care and Hospice.

When Sarah opened Elite Care at Home in May, 2013, her goal was to create a medical home care service that focuses on providing continuous quality improvement and ethical customer care. “I believe many people can prevent unnecessary hospitalization and injuries if they are allowed quality home care services,” stated Sarah, “My purpose for opening Elite Care at Home is to provide medical services that help people maintain their freedom, independence and dignity.”
